RMVMC: Season 2023 recap
With 9 motocross events at 7 tracks across 3 states spanning nearly 6 months of racing competition we'd have to say that RMVMC 2023 was a success! Although there were a few slows starts, a couple late finish results, and a sprinkling of injuries throughout the season we're still thankful for having an opportunity to test out new tracks like Gypsum, and re-visit some of the club favorites such as Aztec Family Raceway and Two Rivers in Milliken.
Thinking back on the sub-freezing conditions early in the season, the rainy/muddy track conditions in the spring, the hot summer races and then all the way through to the near perfect conditions of our season finisher we're reminded that vintage motocross is not for everyone. It's takes a special kind of person to do the maintenance, get up early, drive to the track and then crank it through the motos - all for a little plastic trophy or medal. We get it. Like you, we're that way too and that's why we're glad to have been able to put together a racing season for us vintage motocross racers!
2023 was a great season of racing and competition. Thank You for being a racing partner of RMVMC!
